V-Coat

A LIQUID APPLIED WEATHER BARRIER THAT IS EASY TO APPLY AND CAN BOND TO ANY SUBSTRATE

V-Coat is a standalone weather barrier that has a solar reflectivity of 95%, is waterproof, is tested at a class A fire rating, and has the most advance anti-microbial package that repels a variety of mildew and mold.

V-Coat adheres to all approved building substrate materials. V-Coat both passed and exceeded the nail sealability test with the thinnest mil application in the industry, thus cutting application time in half.

V-Coat can be used both as a wall and roof weather barrier, making it multi-functional for any project application.

No Weather Wraps Needed

Sealmark's V-Coat replaces weather wraps and pre-coated board systems, thereby reducing time, cost, and hassle on the job site.

Superior Adhesion

Exceeds maximum testing requirements of ASTM-D-3359. Results in a permanent bond that won't peel, chip, or crack.

NO TOXIC MATERIALS

Sealmark Coatings are VOC Compliant, meeting all government standards. It is environmentally safe in both suspension and cured state, water-soluble prior to curing, and will not support combustion (ASTM-D-3960).

NO PEELING / DISBONDING

Sealmark is specially formulated to protect exterior walls against damaging UV rays and environmental exposure, helping to guard against surface breaks resulting in chipping and flaking (ASTM-D-3359 & ASTM-D-2247).

Reduces Moisture Penetration

Sealmark is proven to reduce heating and cooling energy loss. While remaining a "breathable" coating, Sealmark can reduce air flow through exterior walls which not only reduces energy cost but saves costly future repairs from moisture damage (ASTM-E-96).

Savings Through Utility Reduction

With a 95% solar reflection and high thermal emittance, Sealmark helps stabilize indoor temperatures and reduce energy consumption (ASTM-C-1549 & ASTM-C-1371).
